• Diagnose malfunctions and advise on repairs.
• Document all work performed clearly.

• Perform inspections on trucks per instruction sheet. Determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Read all Service Bulletins to stay informed on new products and improvements.
• Diagnose malfunctions or customer complaints accurately. Advise the Service Manager on necessary repairs, costs, or if work is not needed.
• Perform repairs as outlined on the repair order efficiently and accurately, meeting time guide requirements.
• Coordinate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Document all work performed clearly on the labor tickets.
• Punch labor tickets on time for each work session and operation.
• Road-test vehicles when required.
• Supervise junior technicians as assigned.
