Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles to Ford and dealer standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify repair needs.
• Test-drive vehicles to evaluate performance.
• Repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC systems.
• Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with Parts to obtain components.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation.
• Deliver efficient, high-quality work and maximize productivity.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering quality workmanship and helping drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to Ford and dealership standards
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized service tools to identify repair needs
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate component and system performance
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
