Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is hiring a Diesel Technician -B to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and DOT compliance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will handle medium-level repairs, conduct comprehensive diagnostics across engines and systems, and collaborate with parts and management to improve maintenance workflows. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of diesel tech experience are required, with OEM training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years experience as a diesel technician.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level Repairs – clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics – troubleshoot engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline Maintenance Processes – work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Commit to Continuous Learning – stay updated with OEM training and professional development opportunities.
