Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on our fleet to keep it compliant with DOT regulations.

This hands-on role offers ongoing training, a fast-paced team environment, and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of diesel experience, a HS diploma or GED, and strong diagnostics across vehicle systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of diesel technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium-level repairs, including clutch replacements and suspension rebuilds.
• Diagnostics: troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow.
• Pursue ongoing OEM training and professional development.
