This hands-on role offers ongoing training and a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Responsibilities include medium-level repairs, comprehensive diagnostics across engines, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems, and collaborating with parts and management to streamline maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of diesel technician experience.
• Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Growth mindset and willingness to pursue OEM training.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medium-Level Repairs – clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
• Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
• Streamline Maintenance Processes – Work with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
