Qualifications

2+ years of experience repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and drivetrain components.
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service on tractors, construction equipment, and related machinery.
Conduct inspections and identify equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
Utilize diagnostic software, service manuals, and testing equipment to determine root causes of equipment failures.
Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Document repair findings, labor hours, parts usage, and service recommendations.
Perform safety inspections and ensure all work meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Department personnel, and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with equipment technology and manufacturer updates.
Assist with field service calls as required.
