Job summary

Midwest Bus Sales Inc is seeking skilled service technicians in El Reno, OK to join our state-of-the-art facility. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, training on Freightliner, Cummins, Allison, Detroit Diesel, and EV, and a supportive team culture focused on safety and quality service.

The position includes competitive pay from $19-$30 per hour, a monthly bonus program, benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, and a schedule Monday–Friday 7 am–4 pm.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills on med/heavy-duty trucks and buses.
• Skilled with power and hand tools.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance within standard repair times.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics.
• Document repairs and parts used in repair orders and fleet software.
• Communicate estimated repair times and materials to the service writer.
