Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is hiring Diesel Apprentices to join a fast-paced environment and learn through hands-on training. You will interact with customers and drivers while gaining skills in electrical, HVAC, wheel end, air system and braking diagnostics, plus basic computer diagnostics.

Qualifications

Opportunities to learn electrical, HVAC, wheel end, air system and braking diagnostics.
No prior professional experience required; training will be provided.
Customer interaction with drivers and travelers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Earn $17.50 - $25.00 per hour.
Assist customers with roadside services.
Learn preventative maintenance services.
Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in varied temperatures.
Rotate day and night schedules as needed.
Possibility to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
