Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Apprentices to join a fast-paced team focused on customer service and vehicle maintenance. You will learn electrical diagnostics, air conditioning and heating diagnostics, wheel end and air system diagnostics, and other essential repair skills.

No professional experience required; Love's provides training and mentoring. This role involves lifting up to 75 pounds, rotating day/night shifts, and potential eligibility for a DOT medical card funded by Love's.

Qualifications

• Apprentice program, no professional experience required, on-the-job training provided.
• Must be physically able to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn electrical and mechanical diagnostics and repairs with safety in mind.
• Rotating day and night shifts as needed.
• Possession of a DOT medical card (paid by Love's) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Learn preventative maintenance services.
• Operate with safety as a priority and follow company policies.
