Job Description: Diesel Apprentice at Love’s

Join Love’s as a Diesel Apprentice in a fast-paced environment where you'll maintain clean facilities and interact with customers and drivers from all over. No professional experience? No problem! We will teach you everything you need to know.

What You Will Learn:

• Electrical diagnostics and repairs
• Air conditioning & heating diagnostics and repairs
• Wheel end assembly diagnostics and repairs
• Air system diagnostics and repairs
• Air brakes diagnostics and repairs
• Charging system diagnostics and repairs
• Basic computer diagnostics and auxiliary component replacement
• Parts lookup and acquisition

Job Functions:

• Assist customers with roadside services
• Learn preventative maintenance services
• Work in various temperatures and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction, adhering to safety policies
• Work rotating shifts between day and night as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
