Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to repair machinery and components to OEM specs. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics with minimal supervision while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Overtime and travel with overnight stays may occur; weekend work is possible. Must have Diesel/Automotive training, valid Driver’s license, and strong customer-service orientation to support shop operations.

Qualifications

• 2-year Diesel Technology/Automotive Technology degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are expected.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service machinery and components to OEM specifications.
• Perform repairs and maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Test and diagnose machine systems and recondition components.
• Maintain safe shop environment and proper paperwork.
