Job summary

All Star Ford Prairieville is seeking Diesel Technicians for our upgraded Diesel/HD Truck Shop in Prairieville, LA. The role offers earnings potential between $35 and $55 per hour, with yearly earning potential advertised up to $150k for highly productive technicians.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years automotive technician experience.
• Manufacturer experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to update customers on additional needed work and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and coordinate with parts department to obtain parts.

Skills

3-5+ years automotive experience

Valid Driver's License

Manufacturer experience preferred
