Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive Trucks, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor/Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications (being open to training).
  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred but not required.
  • 2-year degree or certificate preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Having a CDL is preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
