Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Lawrenceville is seeking energetic auto technicians to join a growing team. We offer an hourly pay range of $25 to $48, a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians, and a strong benefits package including PTO, 401(k) matching, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications include 2+ years of service experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Ford certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Ford Certifications are a bonus, but not necessary.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect trucks for safety devices and tighten/adjust as needed.
