Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and drivers while keeping equipment in top condition.

Role includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and a rotating day/night schedule. You must be able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures, with Love's covering DOT medical card costs.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
