Benefits and Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $25.50 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 Every Quarter
• Sign On Bonus: $1250 at 30 days and 90 days
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
• Hours: 2nd Shift Tuesday - Friday 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Saturday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines, including routine maintenance
• 2+ years of classroom and work experience preferred
• Valid CDL CLASS A preferred

This position requires driving Ryder vehicles. You must:

• Obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder Drug Test, DOT physical, road test, background, and motor vehicle check

• Diagnose mechanical/electronic issues using diagnostic tools
• Identify root causes and perform repairs
• Replace defective components
• Facility maintenance

• Use Shop Management System and documentation
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines
• Support duties, including Service Island tasks
