Job summary

Norfolk Truck Center is seeking skilled, motivated Diesel Technicians to join our growing Service Team. Since 1969, we have served the Hampton Roads community as a trusted commercial truck dealership with OEM training opportunities and top-tier diagnostic resources.

We offer a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:00 PM), hourly pay (not flat rate), and a supportive management team that assigns repairs based on skill and experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues.
• Ability to keep customers on the road through effective repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.
• Follow OEM guidelines and service procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Our Service Departments are seeking dedicated Diesel Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and keeping customers on the road.
