Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians in Minnesota. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, assisting customers with roadside services, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates must be able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures, with a rotating day/night schedule.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, engine components).
• Assist customers with roadside services and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)
