Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, performing light mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance while ensuring clean, safe facilities for customers and drivers. You'll troubleshoot wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components, assist customers with roadside services, and maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Rotating day/night shifts and physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
