Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Kingman, AZ is seeking Diesel Technicians to service trucks and support drivers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You will troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist customers with roadside services.

The role requires physical ability to lift 75+ pounds, willingness to work in varying temperatures, and adherence to safety policies. A rotating day/night schedule and benefits are offered by Love's Travel Stops.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues (wheel-end, electrical, suspension, A/C)
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Able to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Rotating day/night schedule
• DOT medical card eligibility paid by Love's

Diesel Technicians work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places with friendly faces. You will interact with customers & drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better.

Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
