Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to join a fast-paced team that keeps customers and drivers on the move. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on light mechanical systems, while ensuring安全 and high-quality service in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

This role requires the ability to lift 75+ pounds, work in diverse temperatures, and participate in rotating day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues as described in the job functions.
• Willingness to work in rotating day and night shifts and in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters; work in various temperatures
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies
• Work a rotating schedule between day and night as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Job Functions:

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues that may include wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
