- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, computerized systems, and technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
