Job summary

Don's Ford of Utica is seeking experienced Diesel and Heavy Engine Technicians to join our expanding service department in Utica, NY. You will diagnose, repair, and service diesel and heavy engine systems, perform maintenance, and ensure quality repairs with hands-on support from the Service Manager.

Earn $60,000–$150,000+ with flat-rate pay and bonuses; a full benefits package and ongoing training are provided to help you grow with Lithia & Driveway, North America's largest automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• 3+ year's experience preferable.
• Diagnose and repair diesel and heavy engine systems.
• Perform maintenance and full vehicle inspections.
• Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and more.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.

Don's Ford of Utica is expanding and upgrading our service department—and we're looking for experienced Diesel and Heavy Engine Technicians to help take us to the next level. If you're an experienced tech with strong diagnostics ability and a drive to improve every day, this is your chance to step into a shop that invests in you. You will report to the Service Manager. This is an on-site position in Utica, NY.

Earning Potential: $60,000 - $150,000+ (Flat Rate and Bonuses)

What You'll Do

• Ford experience preferable—but not required
