You will work safely and professionally, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. The role involves direct customer contact, diagnostics, and on-site repairs in a fast-paced team environment.

Candidates should have high school diploma or GED, own their tools, and possess basic computer skills. John Deere experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must own and maintain their own tools and be able to use diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs safely.
• Flexible with schedule and able to respond to after-hours calls.
• Experience with agricultural equipment and basic computer usage.
