Job summary

United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair engine components on small engines, agricultural equipment, and other market-area machinery. You will work safely and deliver high-quality service in a timely manner, with customer interaction and hands-on problem solving.

The role requires owning tools, basic computer skills, and flexibility to respond to after-hours calls. Opportunities for advancement and a strong team environment are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Own and maintain your own tools (specialty tools provided by dealership).
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions.
• Able to work a varying schedule and respond to after-hours calls.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned equipment.
• Ensure work is completed with high quality and safety standards.
• Interact with customers, diagnose issues, and perform repairs using diagnostic tools.
