Job summary

Under supervision, you will learn parts, processes, and maintenance techniques, and assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, parts retrieval, and completing work orders. A strong emphasis on safety and organization is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or possible.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is required for the role.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic parts, processes, and maintenance techniques under supervision.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose routine problems with customer equipment with guidance.
• Retrieve parts and supplies for senior technicians.
• Complete work orders and timesheets accurately and timely.
• Assist senior technicians on larger jobs.
• Support day-to-day shop operations and maintain cleanliness and safety.
