Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is seeking an experienced Diesel Service Technician in Hattiesburg, MS. The role requires repairing heavy trucks and equipment, with Freightliner/Detroit/Cummins engines as a strong plus. Tools, diagnostic software, and DTNA certifications are valued assets.

Applicants should have formal diesel repair training or hands-on experience, a valid MVR, and be able to work day shifts with possible overtime. We offer growth and industry-leading training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and/or formal education in diesel truck, vehicle, or equipment repair is required.
• Experience with Freightliner, Detroit, or Cummins engine repair is a strong plus.
• DTNA training and certifications are highly valued.
• Must supply standard diesel technician tools.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and diagnostic software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR required.
• Class A CDL with a valid medical card is preferred but not required.
• Motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Must be able to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
