Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic in Lafayette, IN. The candidate will perform repairs on customer and company vehicles, diagnose and overhaul diesel engines, and document work with detailed reports.

A minimum of four years of diesel-focused experience and completion of a diesel-focused technical school are required. A valid A/C certification and CDL are preferred. The role is on-site with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Four years of diesel-focused experience and completion of a diesel-focused technical school.
• Valid state or Federal A/C certification and CDL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on customer vehicles, lease units, and company inventory.
• Diagnose, disassemble, inspect, and overhaul diesel engines and associated systems.
• Submit technical reports and document work performed.
• Troubleshoot fault codes and engine lights; ensure quality workmanship.
