Position Overview

The Diesel Service Technician is essential in maintaining and repairing diesel vehicles to the highest standards. This role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, effective communication, and ongoing personal development. You will collaborate closely with the Service Manager to achieve service goals and meet production benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on diesel vehicles following dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems.

Job Requirements

• Factory Diesel Certification is highly preferred; all factory-certified technicians are encouraged to apply.
• Recent technical school graduates are welcome.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to high-quality customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire machines, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and air conditioning equipment.
• Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models is preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
