Job summary

Miller Transportation Group in Brockton, MA is hiring an experienced Diesel Service Manager to lead our shop. You will manage maintenance and repair of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers and supervise a team of diesel technicians.

This role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule on 1st shift, competitive compensation ($90,000–$110,000 yearly) plus annual bonus potential up to $10,000 and a monthly PM bonus, plus full benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing a Heavy Truck Maintenance shop.
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet.
• A customer focused mindset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set.

Responsibilities
