Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. The Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic position offers first-stage training for Service Technician status and performs light maintenance under supervision at the Memphis location.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, pre-delivery inspections, light electrical repairs, and assisting a Service Technician in heavy-duty truck repair.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance-type work under supervision.
• Assists Service Technician in heavy-duty truck repair.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area and properly handles tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
