Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group. They are seeking a Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic to perform light maintenance under close supervision as the first stage of training for Service Technician status.

The role includes preventive maintenance, pre-delivery inspections, light electrical repairs, and assisting with heavy-duty truck repair. Training sessions are part of the job, with emphasis on safety and proper tool handling.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance type work (preventive maintenance, pre-delivery inspections, light electrical repairs) under supervision.
• Assists Service Technician in heavy-duty truck repair.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area and properly handles company tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
