Job Location: Orlando, FL

Our team is currently seeking experienced Shop Diesel and Road Mechanics. You will play a crucial role in inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, vehicles, and equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring diesel-powered machinery operates efficiently and safely. This role requires technical expertise in diesel engine systems, strong problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety regulations and industry standards. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for collaboration with colleagues and communication of findings to supervisors and clients. Staying updated on diesel technology advancements and participating in ongoing training are vital for success in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities
  • Perform minor and major repairs on trucks, trailers, and cranes.
  • Collaborate with the shop manager to diagnose vehicle and crane problems and plan repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs performed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Must Possess
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
  • Valid CDL license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to pass a fit-for-duty assessment, background check, and drug test.
  • ASE Diesel Certification.
