Atlantic Tire in Edenton, NC is seeking a full-time Diesel Mechanic to join our team. Employees perform tire and auto-related service as well as other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years’ experience in automotive tire and brake service preferred.
• Ability to perform tire and auto-related service and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires, wheels, and vehicles before and after service.
• Raise vehicles with jacks or lifts and mount/dismount tires.
• Diagnose and repair tires, brakes, and associated systems.
• Follow safety and company procedures; document work performed.
• Communicate with customers regarding issues and future repairs.
