The role offers a Mon-Fri schedule (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), pay of $32.00/hour, a quarterly incentive bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in highway equipment maintenance.
• A valid Driver's License (regular).
• Own hand tools; able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical school classes preferred.
• Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ABS, DEF, and maintenance software advantageous.
• Cryogenics exposure/experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and overhaul diesel tractors and related systems to meet DOT standards and safety protocols.
• Implement creative solutions to ensure smooth equipment flow and translate maintenance reports into service strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a Safe/Proactive maintenance environment.
