Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Up to 1 year mechanical experience (preferred but not required)
• Must be 18 or older
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Customer service skills
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot, work independently and as part of a team
• Good attendance and performance record
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of machines and tools (beginner level, preferred)
• Valid CDL Class A (preferred)

Regulated Tech Requirements

• Must obtain CDL within 6 months
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, background check

Responsibilities

• Move and service heavy-duty vehicles, fuel and wash them, record activities
• Perform multi-point inspections and minor maintenance
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Complete technician training programs
