Kenan Advantage Group, Inc. is hiring a Diesel Mechanic Technician to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair brake, suspension, electrical and air systems, and complete inspections on Class 5-8 trucks and tank trailers.

You will maintain DOT compliance, document repairs, and work in a safety-focused team environment. The role offers extensive technician training, modern equipment, and a clear advancement path from entry-level maintenance to advanced diagnostics and inspection

Competenze

• 1-5 years of diesel, fleet, truck, trailer, or heavy equipment preventive maintenance and repair of Class 5 - 8 commercial vehicles and tank trailer inspection
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Must successfully pass a background check, MVR review, drug screen, and physical examination as a condition of employment due to the safety-sensitive nature of the position.
• Ability to obtain required industry certifications
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on Class 5-8 commercial vehicles and tank trailers
• Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, electrical, and air systems
• Complete truck and trailer inspections
• Perform wheel-end, tire, and preventive maintenance services
• Troubleshoot starting, charging, fuel, and HVAC systems
• Maintain DOT compliance standards and inspection requirements

Pay Range: 21.00-36.00 per_hour, General Benefits:
