As a Technician I at Penske, you are a respected, experienced lead— a master technician. You set an example, mentor others, and work independently on major and minor repairs, including road tests and diagnostics.

Main Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 6 years of truck and trailer maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or technical certification preferred
  • Training and experience in diagnosing major components
  • Tools proficiency, valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Teamwork and safety compliance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally
