Performance Foodservice is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose and repair medium to heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, and refrigerated units. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspect critical systems, and document work orders in the fleet system.
The role requires 5+ years of heavy‑duty repair experience, with strong diagnostic skills and a focus on safety compliance. Competitive wages, sign-on bonus, and benefits accompany this position in Massachusetts.
Position Details:
$34.10 - $44.35 per hour depending on experience - $5,000 Sign On Bonus
4 Day Work Week! (Thursday – Saturday 5:30 pm – 5:30 am and Wednesday 11:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, converter dolly and maintenance vehicles under minimal supervision. Ensure compliance with all State and Federal trucking regulations. Communicates and interacts with co-workers. Technicians are responsible for the documentation, completion, and keeping the work orders for all repairs and parts used daily. The position will be required to perform road call services as needed.
