Job summary

NationaLease in Chicago, IL is seeking a Journeyman Mechanic Technician to service and repair our modern fleet. This role focuses on diagnosing and fixing diesel engine systems, transmissions, electrical components and fuel systems using advanced diagnostic tools.

You must have a complete set of basic tools; CDL is a plus and union 701 affiliation is noted. The starting wage advertised is $37.26 per hour, with a family-owned legacy since 1951.

Qualifications

• Technical diagnosis of all modern truck related components.
• Repair engines, transmissions, differentials, clutches, brakes, electrical and fuel systems.
• Knowledge of computer diagnostic software and fault finding.
• Must have a complete set of hand tools.
