Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Diesel Mechanic Technician to maintain and repair our tractor-trailers and refrigerated delivery fleet supporting Food & Beverage operations. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete DOT inspections, and execute fast repairs to keep deliveries on schedule and safe.

You’ll work with drivers and operations, using modern diagnostic tools and accurate service records to support nationwide logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair tractor-trailers and refrigerated delivery fleet.
• Perform diagnostics to identify mechanical issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Carry out DOT inspections and ensure compliance.
