**Position Details:**

  • Sign On Bonus up to $10,000 (Terms Apply), $1,000 Annual Tool Allowance, Safety Boot Allowance for qualified applicants working in our NEW Fleet Maintenance Shop.
  • Hourly pay up to $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm.

**Position Purpose:**

Ensuring safety by repairing, maintaining, and overhauling fleet diesel equipment to meet safety standards and compliance.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet diesel equipment.
  • Ensure equipment licensing and registration are up to date.
  • Document work orders accurately.
  • Install and repair onboard computers.
  • Inspect critical systems and replace parts as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance with hand and power tools.
  • Train or guide other mechanics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair, including diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigeration.
