Job summary

GreenMark Equipment is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment. You will perform in-shop and field service, document diagnostics, and manage time on assigned work orders.

Applicants should have strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Owning your own tools is a plus, with full physical demands accommodated.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems (Service ADVISOR a plus).
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Own tools and ability to handle physical job demands.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete both in-shop and field service work.
• Accurately document all diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage billable time and assigned work orders.
• Support customer clinics and education events.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment.
