Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE and Diesel Engine Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel tractors, city trucks, and forklifts.
• Track completed and uncompleted work to meet service schedules.
• Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis on components and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic faults and failures.
• Perform routine maintenance: lubrication, cooling tests, brake adjustments, tire inflation.
