Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking Service Technicians/Diesel Mechanics of all levels for its network of Freightliner dealerships. The role involves diagnosing and repairing engine and electrical systems, performing inspections, and ensuring quality repairs. You will work across shifts with training, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a large dealer group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle inspections, troubleshooting and testing to determine repairs.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and repairs engines and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Assesses if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Verifies serviceability and ensures quality repairs with test drives.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and documents all work performed.
