We are currently seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics at Level 4 to join our team at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in diesel engines and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

What We’re Looking For

Level 4 Diesel Technicians - 6 Plus Years Experience Required ($31 to $40)

You will diagnose, adjust, and repair all series of motor truck and trailer equipment including, but not limited to the following: Engines (gas and diesel), Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials/Power dividers, PTO systems, Starters/Alternators, Refrigeration systems, Air conditioning systems (including cold and hot units), Fan clutches, Engine electronics (gas/diesel), Power steering systems, and Steering gear box (manual and power).

Must have a positive attitude and willingness to grow in position, through a series of self-managed online training and Hands on, training will be ongoing and required during employment with TCI.

Qualifications
6 years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance required
Experience working with diesel engines
Diagnostic/troubleshooting and repairs on different levels
Preventative Maintenance at the shop and customer's facilities when required
General maintenance, PMs and vehicle inspections.
California 90 day BIT & Federal USDOT inspections
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Must own your own tools and tool programs available
Must possess a valid driver's license
Pass background & drug screen
Trade school, mechanical course and or hands on experience
Self-motivated & Leadership skills a plus
Physically able to perform all facets of mechanical and technical skills
