Advanced Concrete, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to service our fleet of ready-mix trucks, semis and heavy equipment. This is a hands-on role focused on maintenance, diagnostics and timely repairs to keep trucks in service.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and air brakes.
• CDL license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of ready-mix trucks, semis, and heavy equipment.
• Perform scheduled oil changes, brake jobs, tire repairs, and fluid services.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems and diesel engines.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using tools and manuals.
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure trucks are road-ready.
• Keep accurate service records and work with drivers to resolve breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
