Job summary

All Fleet Inc in Kankakee, IL is expanding to strengthen coverage between Chicago, Joliet, and Central Illinois. We’re hiring a mobile diesel technician to lead service for regional fleets, handle emergency calls, and support rural routes.

You will diagnose and repair semi-trucks and trailers, perform field work across the metro, and maintain detailed service records. Must have own tools, valid license, and be able to pass DOT-related checks; 24/7 on-call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.
