Qualifications

  • Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 +$1.50/hr shift differential
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Bonus: $5,000Stay-On Bonus
Key Responsibilities
  • Performpreventive maintenanceandrepairson diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose and repairelectrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems.
  • Usevehicle diagnostic toolsto identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Conductsafety inspectionsand ensure compliance withOSHA standards.
  • Maintain accurate records usingfleet maintenance software.
  • Address issues fromDriver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • 1+ yearof diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience, or completion of a vocational-technical program.
  • CDL preferred(or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
  • Must havepersonal tools.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interprettechnical manualsand service documentation.
  • Welding experienceis a plus!
