Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining or repairing diesel-powered equipment.
• Experience in industrial or outdoor work environments.
• Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mobile equipment.
• Basic welding experience.
• Minimum one year in manufacturing/industrial/heavy-equipment/diesel-maintenance.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel-powered mobile equipment including engines and fuel systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel machinery.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and material handlers.
• Identify issues and communicate needed repairs or parts.
• Perform routine service tasks and lubrication.
• Additional duties as assigned.
